Taking the braids OUT took about as long as putting them in.
and now I am a Floof Monster.
at least until I get myself in the shower and tame this mane.  heh.

Use a whole mess of conditioner and don't freak too badly about the hair in the drain. Remember those braids were holding in the 30-80 hairs you normally lose every day.

I got cornrows the the Bahamas back about four years ago. Looked amazing and lasted about three weeks, but it was a real pain in the ass to take down.

Got the advice about the conditioner elsenet, but yeah, thanks! also Floofed myself up even more working to gently comb the loose hair out before having my bath. Worked fairly well.

and... I remember those cornrows! I remember being impressed that you did it with such long hair.
