In Spanish, to say, Everyone Deserves to be able to get Married,

I think I want to say, "Todo el Mundo Merece La Boda!"

Is this correct?

If you don't know, but you know someone who does, will you ask? I have to meet other demonstrators at 4, just across town, and I have to make my signs before I go out. (I will be trying to ask elsewhere, but confirmation here would also be helpful)

Thanks, Lazywebs!

Edit: I sent an email to Rafael Jesus Gonzalez, whose poetry I often share here, and he has responded that this would be more appropriate:

Vote No en Proposición 8:
Todo mundo tiene derecho a casarse

Yay!

*scurries off to finish making signs...*

The official No on 8 website has wording in Spanish which might work better. :)

I looked, but they (at first glance at least) didn't have a short, punchy slogan that I could wave at cars.

hm. Well, I'll look again at that flyer.

I've asked [livejournal.com profile] elgecko via SMS, but know he's really busy today. If/when I get a good phrase back, I'll let you know. :)

thx, I've also asked [livejournal.com profile] bdot directly, I know she speaks Spanish better than I do... Like, I need to go thru my flist and my other mailing lists and spam them all.

I KNOW i know some more spanish speakers I could ask directly!! *wracks brain*

I really want to get this right!
