The topic was "wholeness and goodness" and Claire's premise was, we are all whole, and we are all good. Despite our pain and stress and frustration and disappointment and all the shit going down... We are whole and we are good.

I... can't actually say-&-believe "I am good" and "I am whole"... Closer to the second though.

What I CAN bring myself to say, is "what IF I was whole? What IF I were good?"

I can sit there in the possibility of those potentials, I can make that potential, that possibility, into a touchstone.

I can fake it till I make it. Yeah.

Moving at dance was glorious. My body hurts now in the sore because I moved it a lot not sore because muscle spasms. That's an improvement.

And I got some really nice hugs and helped Scott through a sad place (he was snotty crying on the floor) and got love from Thom and got told I was not only whole and good but also beautiful by John (I may be misremembering his name... And this one incredible flow dance with Andrew. Just lovely.

Anything you can describe using the word "shit" can probably be kicked out of your life, to the betterment of you and your life.
Your shitty ex. Your shitty ex's shit. (See what I did there?)
All the shitty relationships. All the shit that reminds you of the shitty relationships: see the circular file over there? Pretend you're Michael Jordan, "nothing but net". Swoosh.
Your own shitty attitudes.
That guy's or gal's, shitty opinion.
If your parents are shitty, sometimes you wanna serve an eviction notice, sometimes not. But you're not obligated to swim in their shit with them, move out when you can. Throw out anything you can stand to that makes you feel less than or yes, shitty. Fuck that shit it does not deserve the free rent in your garage on your bookshelves or in your life.
Kick the shit to the curb.
That's where the garbage goes, isn't it?
