100 things, fitness and exercise, 16/100

Made it to the gym today. Go me!!

Been something close to a week since I got a workout in... *scratches head* wait, today's Tuesday, so it's exactly a week. Physical therapy last week was my last workout. I don't mind telling you, I've missed it. Body's been aching, especially the knee. I don't think I can avoid working out for as long as a week.

Brief, but felt really good.
