I have made it to the gym once in the last 30 days. Burning Man was full of physical exertion, but I've been home most of 3 weeks now and my mood is suffering, my body hurts and is tightening up, I sit a lot more. Without the responsibility of meeting my trainer I find it damn hard to get out of the house at all.
this will not do.
I will do better, starting once a week and moving back to twice a week.

I don't exercise to look just so,I exercise as an investment in me being elderly and healthier.
Pinky-swear, I want to eat healthier, take Al my meds everyday, move well and thoroughly everyday.
We got to move past the disappointed and look at the WHY. The WHY will get us on our bikes, to the dance class, to the yoga studio, playing music in the house while we clean so we can boogie while we clean.
Because we want to, and it feels good.
