it seems counterintuitive by how I grew up, and surprises me regularly, but if I feel feelings: hurt, angry, sad, scared, and ALLOW the feelings to happen? like, notice them, nod at them, don't judge myself for harboring them?
if I just feel them, instead of feeling ADDITIONAL feelings ABOUT feeling them?they go away quicker.like in the "fear is the mind-killer" monologue... eventually, only I remain .Posted via LiveJournal app for Android.
