Could not agree more. Feels so good to compete only with yesterday, only for strength, not beating myself up to fit in a smaller wedding dress or whatever. I'm only doing this to get stronger and feel better and to be able to DO MORE in my body. I love my body now, no matter what it looks like.
Loving myself no matter what, is a REVELATION. I am so happy and I regret fiercely those Decades I hated myself and put myself down. I spend a good amount of time comforting my inner child... :(
